Stable Eyes Media, LLC is an aerial video and photography company specializing in serving the construction and real estate development industries. Providing project progress videos, highly detailed overhead “satellite” images, 3D modeling, elevation mapping, volume calculations, and images of work in action.
Andy Cooley is the owner of Stable Eyes Media and is an FAA Part 107 drone pilot with a combined 15+ years of IT industry knowledge, 10 years of video editing and over 150+ flight hours with drones to deliver specialized video and photography products to aid clients in decision making and marketing of projects.
OUR SERVICES
OVERHEAD ``SATELLITE`` MAPPING
Stable Eyes Media can make orthomosaic images (100-200 pictures stitched together) that allow for lots of detail when zoomed in. Orthomosaic imaging allows for seeing changes week to week at the entire site and for great detail in close inspection.
PROJECT PROGRESS VIDEOS
A weekly or bi-weekly flight that is GPS programmed to allow for repeatable flight paths to show progress from week to week. This can also be turned into a flying timelapse at the completion of the project.
VOLUME CALCULATIONS
Measuring stockpile volumes is the number-one drone use case on any worksite. See how much stored material is on site, such as soil, sand, and stone. Volume measurement with Stable Eyes Media is an extremely fast, accurate and cost-effective method to analyze volumes.
3D IMAGING
Using specialized software, we produce 3D models of existing structures, such as buildings, bridges, towers, or other permanent structures. The 3D models can be used for analysis or by construction firms to compare as built to CAD plans.
ELEVATION MAPPING
Using software and aerial cameras, we can produce accurate elevation maps for many uses. See weekly changes in site grading with easy to see color gradients or use the images with embedded metadata in your company’s GIS software.
CUSTOM CREATIVE PROJECTS
From providing raw aerial and/or ground footage to doing the filming and editing of the project, Stable Eyes Media will partner with your existing media provider or take on the roll entirely.
